It’s safe to say that autumn is upon us; meaning big, fuzzy sweaters, pumpkin spice latte, leaves changing color, apple cinnamon candles, Thanksgiving and all of the cool and interesting things you may think of when you think “Fall”. In this list, I’m sure many of you could say that you’ve even thought of fall fashion and how this might be the best time of the year in terms of styles. You could wear light jackets, cardigans and trench coats and not feel too hot nor too cold. Cute little booties. Nice wool hats. Fur vests. And the list goes on. So, I want to cut to the chase and just show you something I put together for a very chilly Saturday afternoon.

I wore my fuzzy v-neck sweater off my shoulder to give this ensemble a slouchy and effortless feel, pairing it with my nice, ripped, high-waisted jeans my boyfriend gifted me for my birthday which provides an urban yet connoisseur look. I decided to add my snake-skin pumps that I bought last year at a Macy’s super sale to give it an elevated, sophisticated impression. Lastly, to harmonize this attire, I threw on this beautiful tri-colored statement necklace that I bought at a street fair downtown in Manhattan last season. This was such a great purchase, I am very satisfied that I bought this because I get so many compliments on this piece and people never really expect it to be from a fair. (Best $25 I’ve ever spent!) I also want to mention, that this wool coat was purchased about 3 years ago, and it was one of the best long coat for me as a petite girl because I did not have to make any adjustments to it nor did I have to take it to the tailor which is always a plus for me.
